Is it 2010 yet?

I look at less porn. :D What can I say? I have a mate for that.

Jeez, well it's been a while. A long while. And things are so completely different now that the last post seems so ancient, from such a tender point in my life. So long ago, yet really not. nonetheless, life is dramatically different for me, though my bad spelling and poor typing skills remain the same. My significant other has changed, my occupation has changed (again), my work status, and idea of self. I suppose a ...re-introduction is needed.

We'll do this in bullets.

• Occupation: From coffee, to cooking, to coffee again. I spent the last two or so years working as a line cook in a very, very, very busy restaurant. It changed my views a little bit. Definatly caloused my work ethic, soul and fingers.
• Significant other: Goes by M.G., a 6 years sober alcoholic active in AA, a chef, and a kid at heart.
• Current activities/interests: Neopets, for sure. Art remains something I'm active in, cooking, journalism, politics.
• Current drama: Trying to get off my ass and finish school, get a driver's license, keep the house clean, and do something that I can have something to show for afterwards. I guess that means no more just neopets...

But it's so very easy to be lazy, very, very, very easy. I can just let a whole day slip by without getting a damn thing done. Sure, I day dream about it plenty, but these are all pipe dreams.

...But I digress. I figure I should have no way of ignoring my unproductiveness if I write down what I have accomplished each and every day. I of course, shall be inconsistent about this, but... I really do need to try. Plus, I hope I can make this interesting. I plan to re-do the EL JAY, seeing as it's in dire need of an overhaul.
